Moreno, Wood, Moses, and Neal: Justice Delayed

My computer and modem were rabidly attacked recently to prevent my advocacy for justice in four cases:
1) Justice4LeonardMoreno - An 18-year-old  who has awaited trial for three years in solitary confinement in Arizona. Moreno had ADHA at age 15 when arrested and tortured, but his mom says he seems schizophrenic now and tried suicide recently. He is being tortured to enforce a plea bargain on false charges.
2) The battle to SaveJeffWood http://SaveJeffWood.com - a mentally challenged white man who is scheduled to be  on Aug. 24 under the law of parties, which means acknowledges that Wood killed nobody.
3) Justice for Pastor Jonas Moses - A minister who was set up on false child molestation charges in  as punishment for refusing to return a former church member's contributions. The church member is a white, male Caucasian and a corrections officer.

4) The secret arrest and wrongful death of my own mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal. The thirteenth anniversary of his slaying in Memphis Shelby County Jail was August 1, 2016, and hackers sought to prevent spread of information about this case of justice denied.

The stole my photo of Pastor Jonas Moses from my computer overnight. Today, I only saw mug shots of him at , but I could not find the photo of him in his study. Luckily, I saved that photo from Google Images last night and posted it at , where I was told by a  friend, Liz Smith, that my interview with Moses's daughter, Jennifer, will not play. Hear Jennifer re Pastor Moses at https://fccdl.in/LxNcvbsRu or call (605)562.0029, code 992212650, Tape 67. (When I tried to play the interview on July 28, four days BEFORE his trial was scheduled to begin, I reached a black screen that said Blogtalkradio was offline for maintenance - see it on my G+ page).

Pastor Moses is a doctor of theology, a thoughtful, contemplative man with above-average intelligence. He loves his wife and claims that his hands only touched his own wife, certainly not juveniles in his church. No intelligent man would molest a girl who had already accused three men of molesting her and had them all imprisoned, like the foster girl declares. No intelligent man would molest the girlfriend of a boy whose father was in a heated battle to get his money back from the church. These are the two girls who were supposedly victimized by Pastor Moses.

Poor and working class people who are black, white, Latino, and Native American are NOT allowed to use the Internet in the USA to expose wrongful prosecution, wrongful convictions, solitary confinement torture, wrongful executions, police violence, and other crimes against humanity, , , and .

I suppose by August 25, the  might release their tenacious hold on my use, . By that time, Pastor Moses's trial should be over, Leonard Moreno will have had his scheduled court date, and Jeff Wood might be dead by . Tax money might be used to continue suppression of my testimony about the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal.

The U.S. Senate voted almost unanimously to draft girls for the military, Arlington National Cemetery plans expansion, and U.S. war ships were positioned near . U.S. women are expected to be required to fight for freedom and justice for all - people like Pastor Moses's daughter, Jennifer; Jeffrey Wood's sister, Terri Been; and family members of  teenager, Leonard Moreno. Thousands of black women are also expected to register for the draft, people who buried their brothers, fathers, sons, cousins, and uncles who were killed by unrequited police violence. These include women who are increasingly becoming police targets themselves.

HAVE YOUR SAY!
Average Americans, especially blacks, must use different media companies and facilitate personal relationships with local activists in order to effectively expose and oppose oppression. Unfortunately, Korryn Gaines, 23, who Baltimore police killed on August 1, 2016, primarily used two media companies, and police had Facebook to deactivate her account while she was killed and her young son was shot. Continue to publish your social media posts, but please add your voices to your concerns. Share your human rights petitions, news, and viewpoints with a diverse audience at "MaryLovesJustice Radio" broadcasts every night at 6:30pmEDT by calling (605)562-0020, code 992-212-650.

Select broadcasts will be uploaded to our "Human Rights Demand" channel at Blogtalkradio. You will receive a link that carries your tape, and your tapes will be archived at both FreeConferenceCall.com and at Blogtalkradio as well as in my Google cloud. Diversify, and HAVE YOUR SAY. I know from personal experience how hard it is to expose crimes against humanity in the USA; therefore, I created this media opportunity for you. No judge will keep certain testimony and evidence out of our court of public opinion. I look forward to speaking with you on these nightly broadcasts for an indefinite period.

Save Jeff Wood from TX

Help Texas Man Who Is Set for Execution Under the Law of Parties – Jeff Wood Did Not Kill Anyone. Texas does not assert that he did, yet Texas plans to kill Jeff Wood, a mentally challenged inmate, on August 24, 2016. SAVE JEFF WOOD, who has been on death row for 20 years! http://savejeffwood.com/

What will you do to help Jeff Wood? Will you share this article? Will you sign the petition at his website? Would you be willing to write letters? Make phone calls? Please state your intentions below, members and friends of Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI). Jeff was hospitalized for a period of time after his arrest and treated for mental illness to get him "trial ready." Unfortunately, he fired his attorneys during the trial and never called any witnesses. American officials seemingly enjoy killing U.S. citizens with mental illness. Please help us tell eugenicists to desist.

Hear more about AIMI's efforts to SAVE JEFF WOOD at https://fccdl.in/NJXK592vG

Join AIMI at Facebook, G+, or Care2. At Twitter, AIMI's director is @koffietime.

"Democracy Now" published three videos about Jeff Wood when a death warrant was issued in 2008. All are embedded below along with their individual links:

Question: What did the U.S. Supreme Court mean when it ordered that mentally ill people must not be executed? Obviously, Texas and other states need clarification, and the American people deserve clarification.

Update: We took the fight to SaveJeffWood to "The Prison Show" at 90.1 at KPFT on July 8, 2016. Mary Neal was a guest, and Jeff's sister, Terri Been, spoke before the end of the broadcast. We are grateful to Hank Lamb for his dedication to ending capital punishment. Please listen, download, and share:

Please comment below to notify Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill (AIMI) and Jeff's family how you plan to help prevent this tragedy. Thanks in advance. Just voicing your outrage might help. Blessings.

Thank you for giving Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill.
It would be illegal to keep a dog in a tight space 23 hours a day and gas or Taser him for barking. It would be illegal to put a dog in deadly restraint for control. That happens to mentally ill people routinely in the nation's correctional facilities. What happened to Larry Neal? Why are we still asking that question after nearly 13 years, since August 1, 2003? Cover-ups regarding the wrongful deaths of mentally challenged inmates and free people in the USA are common and vile.

Mentally Ill People Deserve Dog Justice!
Mentally Ill Americans Need Dog Justice. Treat mental illness medically, not legally.
(1) Support the H.R. 2646 "Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act." The U.S. congressional bill provides for crisis intervention team (CIT) training for police and corrections officers, assisted outpatient treatment (AOT) programs (subsistence assistance plus mandated treatment) to stop recidivism, resumption of Medicaid insurance for certain facilities, and other needed changes.
(2) Support "AIMI vs. USA" to compensate mentally ill people and their families for health discrimination.

I will post a video of why our human rights blogs have no depository featured for public assistance at our YouTube channel "MaryLovesJustice Neal" and on our CreateSpace videos, which will be available for order or possibly free with a purchase of "The Cochran Firm Fraud" book, which reveals extreme censorship and persecution human rights advocates face from prison investors, with requests to law enforcement for relief from destruction of property and other crimes ignored.

Broadcast No. 2: Extreme Punishment: Solitary Confinement and Execution

Look for our book on shelves in Spring 2014, entitled "EXTREME PUNISHMENT: Solitary Confinement and Execution." The book by Dr. Jean Kennedy and Mary Neal includes full interviews with individuals who experienced or had close contact with people who did experience incarceration in solitary confinement or on death row, including men, women, and children, as well as prison personnel who are impacted by working in such abusive environments. Yes, many children experience solitary confinement in juvenile correctional facilities. Dr. Kennedy will explore and expose the psychological damages caused by these extreme punishments in America.

If you would like to give an interview that might possibly be included in our book, please TRY to contact us via phone or by leaving a commenting at this article or at Blogtalkradio's NNIA1 page, or please email us. Prisoner rights is a censored subject, as you can tell by the attack on our broadcast of October 28, 2013. Prison investors seem to have hired cyberstalkers to interfere with the Human Rights for Prisoners March, but we hope you will persist and make contact. Call (818)572.2947 during each broadcast as well as each Friday, "Open Mic Night" at NNIA1. You can have your say! Please help advocate for human rights by sharing the links above. USA Human Rights for Prisoners March

Paragraph 1 of 8 -- Activists plan a HUMAN RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS MARCH across America in October 2012. It will be conducted in the same way that the Olympic torch is passed, using a banner instead of a torch. Advocates will meet other relay walkers at their city line and retrieve the "HUMAN RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS" banner to march through their city to the next city line. MASS INCARCERATION HAS GOT TO GO! Instead of reducing our prison rolls, officials now plan concentration camps in the USA. It is time to take the battle offline and to the streets.

Paragraph 2 of 9 -- If you don't care about prisoners, consider this: YOUR JOBS WENT TO PRISON along with 2.3 million people (url # 1 of 3 http://www.nytimes.com/2012/03/15/business/private-businesses-fight-federal-prisons-for-contracts.html?pagewanted=all . Roughly one million prison laborers work in customer service, manufacturing, and perform many former union jobs. Private industries in America cannot compete with prisons and overseas corporations for providing cheap production costs. End mass incarceration.

Paragraph 3 of 9 -- The weather throughout the nation is usually mild in October, which is the last month before Election Day 2012. We hope to impress upon local and federal candidates that people are FED UP ENOUGH TO STAND UP against mass incarceration, wrongful convictions, prisoner abuse, capital punishment (especially without irrefutable proof of guilt), excessive sentencing, criminalizing mental illness, private prisons, inadequate health care for inmates, solitary confinement torture, substandard meals for prisoners, exploitative prices for phone calls, prison work projects that compete with companies that hire "free" people, brutality and covered-up murders by police and prison guards, and other inhumane acts.

Paragraph 4 of 9 -- Our banner will say "END MASS INCARCERATION" on one side and "HUMAN RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS" on the other side. Please sign up in the comments section below to carry the sign though your city to the next city line to relay it to advocates who will be waiting for it there. You can use your first name, whole name, or a pseudonym. Name your city, and include a means of contact - a phone number or an email address. If you prefer not to use your regular email address, please open a new email account for coordinating this effort. No one will have to leave home and attend a rally in another area, but our demands will be carried throughout the nation. We will likely use four or more banners so that most cities can be represented within the month of October from East to the West. The HUMAN RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS banners will be 5 feet long and 2.5 feet wide so they can be carried by two walkers without the need to leave public sidewalks. The banners will be plastic to resist rain.

Paragraph 5 of 9 -- Please check with authorities in your area for any regulations regarding the march through your town. In Atlanta, I was told that signs cannot have sticks, and the banner against MASS INCARCERATION and inhumane conditions for prisoners in America will not be on sticks. If you plan to have a rally in your city in association with this effort to STOP PRISONER ABUSE and END CORRUPTION IN THE JUSTICE SYSTEM, please make sure you have any necessary permits.

Paragraph 6 of 9 --  INMATES ARE DYING of murders, suicides, and hunger strikes! STAND UP for justice and compassion. Please sign up to carry the sign through your city here and now in the comments field for this web page below this invitation. We're AWAKE, we're STRONG, we're UNITED. AIN'T NO STOPPING US NOW! We must repeal NDAA's Section 1021 for concentration camps in the USA, free political prisoners, and end racism and class consciousness in the justice system. Organizations, churches and temples, and colleges are encouraged to sign up and CARRY FORTH OUR DEMANDS FOR HUMAN RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS. If you experience difficulty signing up to carry the sign from your city to the next city line, please TRY to email me at MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com . Also, please email the U.S. Department of Justice (USDOJ) at AskDOJ@usdoj.gov . The USDOJ is the agency full of federal employees who are paid to protect our constitutional rights, including freedom of assembly, freedom of press and free speech. There should be eight numbered paragraphs and three(3) url links on this page.

Paragraph 7 of 9 --  The USA may be taken before the U.N. regarding violations against prisoners' human rights. See information at this url #2 of 3  http://www.internationalcure.org/UPR_USA.htm Use the preceding link to access "UNITED STATES HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS IN CORRECTIONAL PRACTICES - A contribution to the 2010 UN Universal Periodic Review - By NGO International CURE."

Paragraph 8 of 9 --  It is preferable to have at least ten people marching with the sign through each city, so please sign up to be a relay walker even if your city is already represented among the volunteers listed below. No number is too many. If you are too timid to sign up here and share your contact information, we must assume you might also be too timid to carry out your promise to march with the sign in October. But there are other ways to participate in this effort.

Paragraph 9 of 9 -- Everyone who cannot be relay walkers during the Human Rights for Prisoners march can still participate. Please share this invitation or the link with your online groups and others (url # 3 of 3 http://humanrightsforprisonersmarch.blogspot.com/2012/07/usa-human-rights-for-prisoners-march.html ). The four or five banners for the march will cost $50 each. Cyberstalkers ordinarily attack my computers whenever I coordinate projects to oppose MASS INCARCERATION and PRISONER ABUSE. Donations to cover those expenses would be appreciated. A post office box and a PayPal account icon will be published on this page for donations. Thank you for planning to participate in the HUMAN RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS MARCH across America. It is time for all people to arise, unite, and end oppression.
