Moreno, Wood, Moses, and Neal: Justice Delayed

My computer and modem were rabidly attacked recently to prevent my advocacy for justice in four cases:
1) Justice4LeonardMoreno - An 18-year-old  who has awaited trial for three years in solitary confinement in Arizona. Moreno had ADHA at age 15 when arrested and tortured, but his mom says he seems schizophrenic now and tried suicide recently. He is being tortured to enforce a plea bargain on false charges.
2) The battle to SaveJeffWood http://SaveJeffWood.com - a mentally challenged white man who is scheduled to be  on Aug. 24 under the law of parties, which means acknowledges that Wood killed nobody.
3) Justice for Pastor Jonas Moses - A minister who was set up on false child molestation charges in  as punishment for refusing to return a former church member's contributions. The church member is a white, male Caucasian and a corrections officer.
4) The secret arrest and wrongful death of my own mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal. The thirteenth anniversary of his slaying in Memphis Shelby County Jail was August 1, 2016, and hackers sought to prevent spread of information about this case of justice denied.

The stole my photo of Pastor Jonas Moses from my computer overnight. Today, I only saw mug shots of him at , but I could not find the photo of him in his study. Luckily, I saved that photo from Google Images last night and posted it at , where I was told by a  friend, Liz Smith, that my interview with Moses's daughter, Jennifer, will not play. Pastor Moses is a doctor of theology, a thoughtful, contemplative man with above-average intelligence. He loves his wife and claims that his hands only touched his own wife, certainly not juveniles in his church. No intelligent man would molest a girl who had already accused three men of molesting her and had them all imprisoned, like the foster girl declares. No intelligent man would molest the girlfriend of a boy whose father was in a heated battle to get his money back from the church. These are the two girls who were supposedly victimized by Pastor Moses.

Poor and working class people who are black, white, Latino, and Native American are NOT allowed to use the Internet in the USA to expose wrongful prosecution, wrongful convictions, solitary confinement torture, wrongful executions, police violence, and other crimes against humanity, , , and .

I suppose by August 25, the  might release their tenacious hold on my use, . By that time, Pastor Moses's trial should be over, Leonard Moreno will have had his scheduled court date, and Jeff Wood might be dead by . Tax money might be used to continue suppression of my testimony about the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal.

The U.S. Senate voted almost unanimously to draft girls for the military, Arlington National Cemetery plans expansion, and U.S. war ships were positioned near . U.S. women are expected to be required to fight for freedom and justice for all - people like Pastor Moses's daughter, Jennifer; Jeffrey Wood's sister, Terri Been; and family members of  teenager, Leonard Moreno. Thousands of black women are also expected to register for the draft, people who buried their brothers, fathers, sons, cousins, and uncles who were killed by unrequited police violence. These include women who are increasingly becoming police targets themselves.

47 Senators: Truth-tellers about Trucebreakers

When 47 GOP senators wrote a letter to Iran warning about their intention to dishonor any nuclear agreement that President Obama may make with Iran, the world was outraged. A spokesman from Iran pointed out that it would be breaking international law for America to dishonor the agreement. However, as any Native American and African American can attest, truce breaking is usual and ordinary in the United States. This is especially true regarding people with mental disabilities. Since it is customary to dishonor agreements made with Americans, can Iran or any other country expect anything more?

United States officials have signed contracts with the American people and the United Nations that regard the rights of U.S. citizens. Failing to honor these contracts erodes America's ability to influence other countries, just as the Vice President said, especially in the area of human rights. Refusal to honor the agreements signed in years past negatively impacts the United States' credibility and global leadership and makes suspect any and all future agreements. Blaring failures exist regarding the U.S. Constitution, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act (CRIPA), the Civil Rights Act, the Convention Against Torture, and Executive Order 13107, implementing human rights treaties. 

The video at YouTube https://youtu.be/mTnBUYoJtk4 proves that prison investors moonlighting as public officials, in direct conflicts of interest, censor Mary Neal's advocacy to replace incarceration with hospitalization for persons with serious mental illness. That censorship violates all of the documents named above. Mentally ill Americans, including U.S. veterans, are continually killed during arrest attempts and as inmates in jails and prisons because none of the covenants that would protect them are being honored. The video embedded below regards censorship surrounding U.S. congressional bill H.R.619. It proves that Neal's freedom of press was violated to prevent Americans from knowing about the mental health care bill that would have resumed Medicaid insurance for psychiatric inpatients:

Ignoring the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal also violates all laws and conventions intended to protect the rights of Americans who are poor, black, or mentally and physically disabled, such as this man who was held under secret incarceration for 18 days and murdered on August 1, 2003, by yet undisclosed means. Government kidnappings and murders were illegal in 2003. Although extrajudicial assassinations have been legalized in America now, such murders are supposedly reserved for terrorists and cannot legally be used to exterminate the nation's sick citizens like Nazi Germany did.

It seems ridiculous to criticize truth-tellers like the 47 senators who revealed plans to break covenant with Iran even before any nuclear agreement is reached. Since truce-breaking is usual and ordinary when it comes to the government's dealings with its own people, how can people in any other nation expect something different?

The Word warns in 2 Timothy 3:1-5 what manner of leaders will reign in the Last Days:

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, TRUCEBREAKERS, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

Thanksgiving Prayer from Leonard Peltier

Greetings my Relatives, Friends, & Supporters:

I was thinking about the national holiday “ Thanksgiving” the other day. I won’t even go into what a horrible shame this American holiday is based on. Instead, I will just let it remind me of the common bond I have with all my brothers and sisters of the Earth. Even if Thanksgiving, the holiday, is based on an incorrect portrayal of history. The concept of being Thankful, is a universal truth. I mean, lets face it, being thankful/grateful has been part of Indian Nations much longer than the invention of a holiday.

I admit there are days in here when I find it very hard to be thankful, but it does not take much to bring it back for me. Most days, I get cards and letters from people all over the world, sometimes I can even smell the soil, the pines, and sometimes even fry bread in the paper that is sent to me. I hear stories of your lives, your troubles, your children, your jobs. oh there is some word for what I am trying to say but I don’t remember it, but I get a sense of life through all of you, and I am thankful for that. I often want to reach out and help you sometimes. I would love to come work on your cars or help you build sweat lodge, or even just mow the lawn. I miss helping people and I hate asking for help, which it seems, is all I do.

In here, I am able to focus on the simple things in life. You have no idea how cool it is to just get a new pair of socks. In the last few months I have really been feeling my age, and I am so very thankful for all the support you have all given me. I won’t lie, it has been a rough time lately, but I am hopeful that is changing.

My people have always had a deep and connected relationship with the Sun, and I realized the other day just how much I miss the Sun. When I had the Sun’s light upon me, I felt stronger. These walls hold out the Sun’s energy, and it weakens me.

When you miss something, it is easier to be thankful for things you do have.

My friend and Spiritual adviser, Lenny Foster, visited me recently, and he reminded me of some basic things I have to be thankful for. I have watched him age over all these years too, and I am thankful for him and his wisdom. He sang with me and prayed with me, and I felt a bit of the Sun again.

I guess my point is, that we can find the things we need in places we may not expect.

I can always pray, this can never be taken away from me, and through that prayer, I can keep the Sun and hope alive.

And so, on this day, “ Thanksgiving” I will choose to be thankful and not to celebrate tyranny.

I also want to pray with and for you.

I pray for each and every one of you, whether you support me or you do not.

I pray that your lives will be full of meaning and you will find new ways to learn.

I pray for your strength and that you will always stand up for the things you know are right.

I pray that each one of you will find a way to protect our Mother Earth, she is crying out for us to hear her.

I pray that you will listen to you inner wisdom and let it guide you to make choices that will help each other, and that you will be examples for those still learning their way in this life.

I pray that you will be present with the moments you have, enjoy the simple things in life— like the Sun, The Dirt, The Air, The Water, and that you would protect them as you would your own children.

I pray that you will look for opportunities to lift up your sisters and brothers and not to bring them down.

I pray that you will grow and enjoy good natural foods.

I pray for you to savor the attention of your loved ones.

I pray for you to build productive bridges of peace with those you oppose.

I pray that when others make bad choices you help them find positive solutions.

I pray for understanding in times of misunderstanding…….

And yes, I pray very deeply and honestly that I can go home for a little while before I cross over to the Spirit World.

I am with you always, and I feel your prayers too. I am always grateful for your support, your love, your friendship, your letters and the contact you give me with LIFE.

It is harder for me to physically see well enough to write letters these days, so please forgive me if I don’t write you back. It is not that I don’t want to. Know that I am often sitting and thinking of you, and being thankful for all of you.
