Moreno, Wood, Moses, and Neal: Justice Delayed

My computer and modem were rabidly attacked recently to prevent my advocacy for justice in four cases:
1) Justice4LeonardMoreno - An 18-year-old  who has awaited trial for three years in solitary confinement in Arizona. Moreno had ADHA at age 15 when arrested and tortured, but his mom says he seems schizophrenic now and tried suicide recently. He is being tortured to enforce a plea bargain on false charges.
2) The battle to SaveJeffWood http://SaveJeffWood.com - a mentally challenged white man who is scheduled to be  on Aug. 24 under the law of parties, which means acknowledges that Wood killed nobody.
3) Justice for Pastor Jonas Moses - A minister who was set up on false child molestation charges in  as punishment for refusing to return a former church member's contributions. The church member is a white, male Caucasian and a corrections officer.

4) The secret arrest and wrongful death of my own mentally, physically disabled brother, Larry Neal. The thirteenth anniversary of his slaying in Memphis Shelby County Jail was August 1, 2016, and hackers sought to prevent spread of information about this case of justice denied.

The stole my photo of Pastor Jonas Moses from my computer overnight. Today, I only saw mug shots of him at , but I could not find the photo of him in his study. Luckily, I saved that photo from Google Images last night and posted it at , where I was told by a  friend, Liz Smith, that my interview with Moses's daughter, Jennifer, will not play. Hear Jennifer re Pastor Moses at https://fccdl.in/LxNcvbsRu or call (605)562.0029, code 992212650, Tape 67. (When I tried to play the interview on July 28, four days BEFORE his trial was scheduled to begin, I reached a black screen that said Blogtalkradio was offline for maintenance - see it on my G+ page).

Pastor Moses is a doctor of theology, a thoughtful, contemplative man with above-average intelligence. He loves his wife and claims that his hands only touched his own wife, certainly not juveniles in his church. No intelligent man would molest a girl who had already accused three men of molesting her and had them all imprisoned, like the foster girl declares. No intelligent man would molest the girlfriend of a boy whose father was in a heated battle to get his money back from the church. These are the two girls who were supposedly victimized by Pastor Moses.

Poor and working class people who are black, white, Latino, and Native American are NOT allowed to use the Internet in the USA to expose wrongful prosecution, wrongful convictions, solitary confinement torture, wrongful executions, police violence, and other crimes against humanity, , , and .

I suppose by August 25, the  might release their tenacious hold on my use, . By that time, Pastor Moses's trial should be over, Leonard Moreno will have had his scheduled court date, and Jeff Wood might be dead by . Tax money might be used to continue suppression of my testimony about the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal.

The U.S. Senate voted almost unanimously to draft girls for the military, Arlington National Cemetery plans expansion, and U.S. war ships were positioned near . U.S. women are expected to be required to fight for freedom and justice for all - people like Pastor Moses's daughter, Jennifer; Jeffrey Wood's sister, Terri Been; and family members of  teenager, Leonard Moreno. Thousands of black women are also expected to register for the draft, people who buried their brothers, fathers, sons, cousins, and uncles who were killed by unrequited police violence. These include women who are increasingly becoming police targets themselves.

HAVE YOUR SAY!
Average Americans, especially blacks, must use different media companies and facilitate personal relationships with local activists in order to effectively expose and oppose oppression. Unfortunately, Korryn Gaines, 23, who Baltimore police killed on August 1, 2016, primarily used two media companies, and police had Facebook to deactivate her account while she was killed and her young son was shot. Continue to publish your social media posts, but please add your voices to your concerns. Share your human rights petitions, news, and viewpoints with a diverse audience at "MaryLovesJustice Radio" broadcasts every night at 6:30pmEDT by calling (605)562-0020, code 992-212-650.

Select broadcasts will be uploaded to our "Human Rights Demand" channel at Blogtalkradio. You will receive a link that carries your tape, and your tapes will be archived at both FreeConferenceCall.com and at Blogtalkradio as well as in my Google cloud. Diversify, and HAVE YOUR SAY. I know from personal experience how hard it is to expose crimes against humanity in the USA; therefore, I created this media opportunity for you. No judge will keep certain testimony and evidence out of our court of public opinion. I look forward to speaking with you on these nightly broadcasts for an indefinite period.

Sick, Naked Prisoners

“Then they also will answer, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to you?’ Then he will answer them, saying, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to me.’ And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.” ~Matt. 25:44-46

You might have an enviable address
on earth, but HERE is the address you will be judged by: prison.

How are inmates treated in your jails and prisons? Are innocent people's pleas for DNA tests or new trials ignored? Are people jailed for having mental illness? Are children tried and sentenced as adults? Are inmates killed with or without death sentences? Is there torture happening? Are inmates malnourished? Are they denied health care? Are visits constrained? Do they have adequate legal counsel? What have you done about these abuses? Here are your instructions:

Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction. Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy. ~Proverbs 31:8-9 (KJV)

Marching to the U.N. for Prisoners' Rights

Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill ("AIMI") vs. USA in International Court re Crimes Against Humanity

* Now gathering 100 cases of government abuse of mentally challenged Americans of all races to present a Complaint to the United Nations: rejection for treatment, long-term homelessness, hospital abuse, wrongful convictions, lengthy solitary confinement, police brutality, executions, and wrongful death cases. Call 678.531.0262 or Google Voice (571)335-1741. Email MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com. Title the email "AIMI v. USA."

* Also gathering 100 people victimized by mentally ill people or drug addicts who were denied treatment. If you were robbed, burglarized, assaulted, or had a relative who was killed by a mentally ill person or a drug/alcohol addict, please call us and email us.

* We will demand monetary damages for claimants plus changes in how America treats mental illness and substance abuse. Incarceration must be replaced with adequate, timely treatment and subsistence assistance.

Continue to call and email until you reach Mary Neal. The government may not want you to be included in this international Complaint against the USA. The U.N. provides that abuses by government agents (including police, judges, and other officials) can be levied against its member states. It may not matter if your case is beyond the statute of limitations set by U.S. law or if it was dismissed by corrupt courts. Hear more at "ASSISTANCE TO THE INCARCERATED MENTALLY ILL" Blogtalkradio shows Wednesdays at 9pm Pacific.

This international action is intended to (1) pay restitution to affected parties, (2) protect Americans who have mental disabilities and drug/alcohol dependencies, and (3) protect innocent people who suffered at the hands of untreated mentally ill persons or drug and/or alcohol addicts.

AIMI believes that people with mental illness and drug or alcohol addictions are deliberately left untreated to commit crimes that will excuse long prison sentences. This is done to enlarge our prison population. At least one-half of America's inmates are mentally ill (1.25 million), and over one-half of the victims of police violence are also mentally ill. Sixty percent of inmates in solitary confinement (SHU) are mentally ill. The entire private prison system was created and is sustained by criminalizing mental illness and drug/alcohol addictions. Mentally challenged and addicted people deserve treatment, not punishment.

"AIMI vs. USA" will be filed with the International Court in 2015. All Claimants' cases will be reviewed by the International Lawyer and those selected will be presented in the legal action for recovery of damages.

Phone conferences to join Claimants in "AIMI vs. USA" in International Court are held on the first weekend in every month at 9am Pacific time, 10am Mountain Time, 11am Central and 12 noon Eastern. Beginning dates were September 6 and September 7.

Human Rights for Prisoners March's Beginning: Wrongful Death of Larry Neal

Larry Neal (May 2, 1949 to August 1, 2003)

See a website regarding the "Wrongful Death of Larry Neal" at
http://www.wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com/main.html

It is because of what happened to Larry that we have a "Human Rights for Prisoners March." Having become aware of how unjust the system is, Human Rights for Prisoners March was founded to help others.

Larry M. Neal, a mentally ill heart patient, was murdered while secretly incarcerated in Shelby County Jail, Memphis, Tennessee on August 1, 2003. During the 18 days of Larry Neal's fatal arrest, his family and social worker searched for him as a missing person, but police repeatedly denied having Larry Neal or a John Doe meeting his description in custody. In 2003, Shelby County Jail was operating under the jurisdiction of the United States Justice Department, following suit by the USA due to a pattern of violations against inmates' civil rights. To date, all requests by Larry Neal's family for official reports and an investigation regarding his fatal arrest and death have been denied or ignored by both Shelby County Jail and the United States Department of Justice. The Neals are America's first family this century to have a member kidnapped by the government, held under secret incarceration and killed, and returned to survivors as a naked corpse without an investigation, inquest, explanation, or apology, with all due process of law rights DENIED.

The Neal family has been victimized by censorship, financial persecution, burglary, police harassment, surveillance agents, etc., since Mary and Hattie Neal sued The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm for its fraud and malpractice to keep Larry Neal's government murder quiet. The Neal family's wrongful death attorneys pretended to prepare lawsuits against the police and State of Tennessee, but the devious lawyers at The Cochran Firm actually defrauded the Neal family on behalf of the government. They used U.S. Mail fraud to lie to the Neals while secretly allowing the statute of limitations to pass without any legal action regarding Larry Neal's kidnapping and murder. In the last 10 years, the conspiracy against justice grew to include every government agency and media company from which the Neal family requested and deserved help. Because the Wrongful Death of Larry Neal went without accountability, many more people were placed at risk, especially mental patients of color.

We have been taught that in Nazi Germany, first they came for the Jews, but that is not true. First they came for mentally challenged people of every race in Germany, whether Anglo, Jewish, or Black. Over 300,000 people labeled as being mentally ill from age 2 though old age were isolated and killed. The Nazis later expanded the genocide and also killed "useless eaters" who were physically handicapped or elderly. Today 1.25 million of America's prisoners are mentally ill people of every race. Over 50% of all police violence incidents involve a mentally ill victim, and accountability by police is not usually required. In correctional institutions, the mentally ill CITIZENS are baked to death (Jerome Murdough in Riker's Island), starved to death (James Embry in Kentucky and Carlos Umana in Utah), placed in deadly restraint, Tasered to death, killed by beatings, or tortured in solitary confinement to further deteriorate their mental health. Some facilities allegedly hold Gladiator sports events and allow mentally ill inmates to beat each other to death while the guards bet on the winner (human dog fights to the finish).

The Neal family is denied knowing how Larry Neal was killed despite making continuous inquiries for a decade. For more information about America's "disposable citizens," please see "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog at http://DogJusticeforMentallyIll.blogspot.com

Larry Neal lived in Western State Mental Institution for most of 20 years, until 1970. Americans with serious mental illnesses were "de-institutionalized" in the 1970s, and most were re-institutionalized in privatized prisons and jails throughout the country. Today, 1.25 million of American prisoners have mental dysfunctions.

Solitary Confinement in U.S. Prisons

Invitation from The Center for Church and Prison, Inc.
to Public Forum:
Solitary Confinement in U.S. Prisons
Old South Church/Boston
645 Boylston Street.

Tuesday March 19, 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
What is Solitary Confinement?
“Solitary confinement is a controversial form of punishment used in prison. Prisoners who are placed in solitary will spend up to 23 hours a day in a cell with no human contact except prison staff. It has been called a barbaric form of punishment by its opponents due to its negative impact on the prisoner's mental health."

Solitary Confinement: By the Numbers
  • Solitary confinement is 23-24 hours a day in a cell six to eight feet wide and nine to 10 feet long.
  • Over 80,000 inmates languish daily in some form of segregation in US prisons……and 25,000 of these inmates are held in supermax prisons—facilities made up solely or mostly of solitary cells.
  • U.S. prisons hold more than three times as many men and women with mental illnesses as are held in mental health hospitals.  8-19 percent of U.S. prisoners have psychiatric disorders “that result in significant functional disabilities”
  • while 45 percent of supermax residents have “serious mental illness, marked by symptoms or psychological breakdowns.”:
  • Click to read more: Solitary Confinement Fact Sheet
Implications of Solitary confinement:
Serious psychological damage, High rate of mental illness, High rate of recidivism, High rate of violence. Very Expensive:   $75,000, in a supermax prison  as opposed to $25,000 for an inmate in the general population.
California
With over 1,100 inmates in the Security Housing Unit (SHU) and 400 more in the Administrative Segregation Unit (ASU), Pelican Bay State Prison has an yearly budget of $180 million.
For 2010-2011, the annual costs per inmate were as follows:
 $70, 641 per SHU inmate
 $77,740 per ASU inmate
$58,324 per general population inmate 4
According to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitations, the average length of time spent in the Pelican Bay SHU is 6.8 years.5 This means the total cost of holding each inmate in the SHU is on average $480,358. Housing the same inmate in the general population would save $83,733. Some 2,200 additional prisoners are housed in Security Housing Unit
